New Physical Red Team Operator (PRTO) training

In July, the first Physical Red Team Operator (PRTO) training course took place in the heart of Vienna. The aim of the course is to enable the next generation of physical penetration testers to carry out physical attack simulations to the highest standard. This intensive four-day training course provides participants with everything they need for the basic training of a physical penetration tester. Over three days, we learn about attacker techniques and physical security concepts, and quickly delve into the practical aspects of opening windows, doors and locks. We also cover advanced topics such as Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), alarm system security, social engineering and planning a physical red team assessment. The course culminates in a practical assessment in a real-world environment, allowing participants to put what they have learnt into practice.

The first training session was brilliant, and we’d like to thank all participants for their fantastic cooperation and great feedback. More information about the training is now available at https://www.hackner-security.training/. We’re looking forward to the upcoming sessions – book your place quickly before they’re all gone!
