BCM Exercise 2025
Effective emergency and crisis management helps prepare for worst-case scenarios. That's why, among other things, we regularly conduct simulations as part of our Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. This year, we once again addressed a compelling scenario:
In this specific case, our departments had to deal with the site outage of our Vienna office. By working through the scenario in practice, we could confirm some of our assumptions regarding recovery and redundancy, and developed further measures for even more efficient workflows in the event of an emergency. The constructive collaboration during the BCM simulation was significantly enhanced by the creative exchange among the departments.
After having so much fun developing and implementing the simulation, as we do every year, we are already looking forward to next year, when we will, in a friendly way, put our IT to the test once more.
